the location was great, right on a roundabout with easy access to the main road. the rooms were clean and spacious, with tea and coffee facilities. the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

The slow service in the restaurant. It took a while to get our drinks as the waitress was more interested in chatting with another couple.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location on a small industrial park on a roundabout just outside of Frome makes it convenient for exploring the area. The staff provide excellent service and the basic amenities are sufficient for a comfortable stay. The rooms, although in need of an upgrade with air conditioning, are clean and well-maintained. Additionally, having breakfast included is a bonus, with endless amounts of food available.

All was acceptable, no major issues to report.

The location was convenient, with easy access to Frome town centre and situated on a small industrial park. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of food available and included in the price.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was excellent.

We spent our Easter weekend at a hotel with the Beefeater attached. The room rate was relatively affordable, and the room was comfortable enough. The bedding was airy and neat, there was a fan in the room, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. The hotel location was advantageous, with proximity to attractions and activities that suited our Easter holiday itinerary.

The hotel needs urgent upgrades. The bathroom needs to be maintained, and the cleaning was clearly unsatisfactory.
